DELIVERY
The quoted price includes all postage and packaging costs
and UK taxes.
UK Shipping is via Royal Mail First Class Post. Overseas shipping
is via Royal Mail International Airmail.
We will send an email to inform you that your
goods have been shipped. Please allow seven days for delivery (within the UK).
When ordering goods from MDMUSIC.COM for delivery overseas,
you are considered the importer of the item and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the country in which you
are receiving the goods. You may be subject to import duties
and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country.
Any additional charge for customs duties must be bourne by
you. For more information contact your local customs office.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You may cancel your order for any reason by informing us in
writing up to seven days from receipt of the goods. Goods
must be returned at your expense in an unused and unopened
condition with all shrink-wrapping intact.
We will refund your money within 30 days of your cancellation.
For your protection we recommend that you use recorded delivery
when returning goods.
Should you receive a damaged or defective item we will offer
you a choice of a prompt replacement or a full refund. Please
return the item to the address shown on your receipt enclosing
a full description of the fault. You will not be charged any additional shipping or replacement costs.
